Please have your credit card and summer camp information ready when you phone 856.235.6488 or 800.387.5226.

 

By Fax

Please print and complete a copy of the Summer Camp Registration Form which can be downloaded at this link. When completed, please include your credit card number, expiration date and signature and fax it to 856.235.6624.

 

By Mail

Please print and complete a copy of the Summer Camp Registration Form which can be downloaded at this link. When completed, please include your check or credit card information, including your signature, and mail it to: Perkins Center for the Arts, 395 Kings Highway, Moorestown, NJ 08057-2725.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be granted up to 3 weeks prior to a session minus a $20 processing fee. No Refunds will be made thereafter.
  • Phone calls will not be accepted as withdrawal notification.
