Conservatory of Music Policies
Payment
New Students: Payment is due in full upon registration.
Continuing Students: Payment is due in full by the first lesson.
Students with outstanding balances will not receive lessons and $15 late fee will be charged.
Absences & Make-Up Lessons
Students who will miss a lesson should notify the Center as soon as possible. Teachers who cancel a lesson shall give a make-up or a credit toward the next quarter. Students who miss a lesson will NOT receive a make-up or a credit. Do not credit your own bill. Any questions concerning payment should be directed to the Director of Conservatory at 856-235-6488 x307.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation/refund requests must be made to the Director of Conservatory. A full refund, minus a $10 processing fee, will be issued if the request is received one week prior to the first lesson. No refunds will be given thereafter.
