This multi-media class uses classic Greek and Roman myths as a starting point for creating unique works of art. Inspired by the "Lightning Thief" book series, we will delve more deeply into the stories of these mythological creatures and then use paint, pastels, clay, and more to create our masterpieces. Each student will also print and bind a book that showcases creatures that are entirely their own.
