The Figs DeCafe Concert

The Figgs formed in Saratoga, NY in 1987. They are comprised of Mike Gent (guitar, vocals), Pete Donnelly (bass, vocals) and Pete Hayes (drums). The New York Times said, “Steeped in the verities of 1960’s garage rock, folk-rock and the Beatles, along with latter-day bands like The Replacements, The Figgs cling to the idea that songs are telegrams from the heart. They sing hoarse, tuneful, unguarded rock.” Fans of pristine pop/rock should not miss this DeCafe performance.
